Hooray for clowning! This morning was so much fun. I felt like it got me out of a character rut, rejuvenated the show, and was a bonding experience. It was also useful to me as a clown character, and what Emily said about filling out a character instead of overacting was so true and really reminded me to check myself and not just overact.
Hooray for finishing blocking! It was hard to fight against wanting to still be funny at the end, but I had such a good time staging the fight with Sari-Rose. It's going to be freaking intense.
On a side note, I said goodbye to the French boys today, so I may be full of ennui tomorrow.
