It's nice to be back at STC and it's nice to be blogging. First day was stressful cause all I could think about was the food that I DIDN'T get to have for breakfast, but it's alright. I enjoyed meeting lots of new people and I enjoyed spending time with some oldies too. It's good to have Ian Finley around as well as that ferocious Connor Bane (ASM) and Taylor Whatsername (the SM) and I'd like to thank them in advance for all the work they'll do to clean up the trouble I cause.
It would be safe to say that the worst part of STC today was certainly the warmup for me. I really wasn't digging some of that stretching because I'm sore from other sports, but other than that it was fantastic! I'd like to thank everyone for a good almost full read through and the fantastic games we played. I really enjoyed the grouping game, more than I've enjoyed any game in a while. Ian, that's a hint that we should play that at least once more.
I'm sorry for the late post, and many other future late posts. I'm quite busy a lot of the time and so it's difficult to post before 10 o' clock. For instance, this evening I was greeting an array of exchange students at my summer swim club (at current count 1 brazilian, 1 hungarian, and 4 frenchies). At any rate, I am preparing (and very excited!) for my role as the french princess by chatting with all 4 of the french exchange students!!!
I think that's all.
Love,
Julia
P.S. I am known to make rather prolific and lengthy posts which irritate both me and everyone. I'm like Holofernes and Bambi mixed together. Perhaps next time I shall make a more compact post.
